Decorated with magnificent Christmas tree, garlands and lights, Creative Kitchen looks spectacular. Making the afternoon more cheerful, the Christmas carols were an addition.
The brunch feast starts with a welcome drink. Salads were next. As fancy they look and by name, too, fancy and delicious they were. I went then for Artichoe heart, broccoli corn salad, roasted chicken with spinach and tomato, green village with crumbled fetta.
Next on the feast was vegetarian platter which included Galouti Kabab, Panner Tikka and fried Cottage Cheese. Then came the signature dishes: Fish Tikka, Mutton Seekh, Lamb Seekh, Galouti Kabab and Tandoori Chicken.
The cottage cheese was perfectly roasted and charred, and melted well in the mouth. The juicy and soft minced meat was served as cherry-on-the-top in the platter.
On the most part, Christmas spread was with artful treats and variety of desserts to dig into. I loved everything from the spread, but my favourites were of course Florida Cake, Plum Cake, Chocolate Yule Log Cake, Truffle muffin, Fresh fruit Russian cream-and-plum pudding.
There’s nothing that spells Christmas more than the scent of caramel, chocolate and fruits. And I found the heavy dose of all of them in the traditional desserts and I couldn’t be happier.
